Tuition & Fees

Austin Micro believes in a simple and transparent tuition model across all grades. 

Our fee includes everything required to support your student at the school.

There are no “supply” or other fees* required and we do not fundraise.

We have two enrollment options:

Academic Day: 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Extended Day: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

* We do require a $600 deposit upon enrollment to secure your student’s place. This deposit is deducted from you future payment(s).
** Annual payments receive a 7% discount on Tuition.
*** Semi-annual payments receive a 3% discount on Tuition.

Tuition Policies

Payments: Tuition & fees may be paid annually, semi-annually, or in ten (10) equal installments

  • Annual payment is due on June 1st, or completion of enrollment.

  • Semi-annual payments are due on June 1st and February 1st

  • Monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month, from August to May. 

Duration: Tuition is for the school year from August through May.

Summer Camp: Tuition does not include Summer Camps.

Late payments: payments received after the 5th of the month will be considered late and incur a $50.00 late fee. An additional late fee of $50.00 is assessed for each additional five (5) days that payments are late.

Sibling discount: A sibling discount of 5% off the third or subsequent children is available.

Late pick-up: Parents who pick up their children outside the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a late pick-up fee of $25.00 for the first 15 minutes plus $1.00 for each additional minute.

Financial Assistance

At Austin Micro School, we are committed to making our unique educational experience accessible to all families. We offer financial assistance to those who qualify. New families must complete the admission process and receive acceptance for the current or upcoming school year before applying for financial assistance. Once your child is accepted, you can then submit your application for financial support.

Families with children already enrolled at Austin Micro are also encouraged to apply for financial assistance. We strive to support our community and ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive in our personalized, hands-on learning environment.

Who do you know?

For each family that you refer to Austin Micro School that joins our community, you receive a $1,000 discount on your tuition. 

And they save $1,000 on their tuition too!
