The details
How Tuition Works
- Duration
- Tuition is for the full school year (180 instructional days, mid-August to end of May) and reserves your child's seat.
- Payment options
- Pay in full by August 1 and save 10%, or 10 equal payments from August–May (auto-draft on the 1st).
- Weekly pricing
- Displayed weekly prices are for comparison only; we do not bill weekly.
- Enrollment fee
- A $500 non-refundable enrollment fee holds your spot and is credited toward tuition.
- Mid-year enrollments
- Remaining annual tuition is divided across the remaining monthly payments.
- Absences
- No pauses or prorations for absences — tuition reserves the seat.
- Summer camps
- Tuition does not include Summer Camps.
- Late payments
- Payments received after the 5th of the month incur a $50 late fee, with an additional $50 for each additional five days late.
- Sibling discount
- 5% off for the second and subsequent children.
- Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA)
- We accept TEFA funds toward tuition payments. TEFA funds cannot be used in conjunction with the 30-Day Guarantee.
Financial Assistance
We are committed to making our unique educational experience accessible to all families, and offer financial assistance to those who qualify. New families must complete the admission process and receive acceptance for the current or upcoming school year before applying; once your child is accepted, you can submit your application for financial support.
Families with children already enrolled at Austin Micro are also encouraged to apply. We strive to ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive in our personalized, hands-on learning environment.
